We take pride in our products. Your order is important to us, so we work to ensure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to be informed of how and when your order will ship.


Order Processing


Please note that it may take up to three (3) full business days from the time you place your order online for it to ship from our warehouse. For orders shipping via UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number upon shipment.


Shipping within the U.S.


We offer USPS flate rate shipping as well as UPS shipping. Shipping charges are calculated during check-out based on the weight, size, and destination of the products as well as the chosen method of shipping. Packages shipped via UPS are trackable and insured. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.


International Shipping


Rates are calculated based on a number of factors, including desired service level, the package weight, and the cost of shipping, handling, and customs clearance from the US to the destination country/region. To check shipping charges before making a purchase, add items to your cart and click the "check out" button. You will not be charged for an order until you submit your credit card information!




We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard Elements2 Design Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.


Returns & Exchanges


If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please return them within 7 days of when you originally received your order. We will gladly exchange or refund items provided they are returned in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If a full refund is requested, we will promptly refund the purchase price, excluding shipping and any applicable credit card fees. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. You must file a claim with the carrier. Please notify us immediately if we shipped you the wrong item, and we will replace it with the correct one. Youwill not be responsible for the cost of shipping the wrong items.
