New shipping rates. That's good news, especially for international folk!
As an avid online shopper myself, I am often tripped up by prospect of having to pay for shipping. Shipping, however, truly is pricey these days. The heavier the item, the more expensive it is to ship. Fortunately, Shadow Magnets, our most popular project line, is quite light. To better reflect the cost of shipping and to pass on savings to customers, we are shifting to a weight-based shipping plan. For most customers, fees will be either the same or lower compared to our previous flat rate shipping model. This is especially true for friends who live outside of the US. A recent customer inquiry (thanks, Beverley!) motivated us to hunt and find a new shipping service with lower international shipping rates. As an example, for an order containing 4 Shadow Magnets:
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
US: was $7.95 now $4.95
CANADA: was $28.95 now $12.95
INTERNATIONAL: was $28.95 now $14.95
